May fabric haul and sewing plans

Oops... I did it again. I'm on a roll with my creativity at the moment and getting things sewn in very little time. With new patterns to make, and summer on my mind, I've been shopping again.

Here are my sewing plans for the spring/summer ...

Sew Over It Erin skirt in Beetlejuice stripe

I made my first Erin skirt last month out of a black stretch denim - a review of this pattern will be up soon. I loved it SO MUCH, my second version is on its way to a wardrobe near me very soon.

New Look 6446 jumpsuit in polka dot viscose

Everyone on Instagram has this pattern and I couldn't resist. It's the perfect outfit for summery days, particularly those windy days where floaty skirts simply won't work. I love the cropped trouser jumpsuit version, although I'm not too sure it'll suit me as I'm so short. Keep an eye out on my Instagram to see the results.

Megan Nielsen Rowan top in stripe ribbing

I found this amazing stripe ribbing listed as a remnant on eBay and bought it immediately. Fabric Godmother is selling the same fabric too if you're interested. It's going to make a cosy and warm Rowan top, albeit it summer is just around the corner. Regardless, those rainy summer days, and an upcoming holiday to Stockholm means there might still be time to wear it in the not too distant future!
